4.3 Temperature Sensor

A built-in temperature sensor, giving an indication of the internal device temperature, is implemented in the LR1110. The

temperature measurement can be triggered using the command GetTemp( ):

The Temperature value is a function of an internal reference voltage (typ. 1.35V), and a typical temperature characteristic

(typ -1.7mV/°C), and can be approximated using the following formula:
