• Please choose to charge in a relatively safe
environment (such as avoiding liquids, fire
sources, etc.).
• Do not modify or disassemble the charging gun,
charging socket and charging equipment,
otherwise it may cause charging failure or even
cause a fire.
• Do not touch the charging socket or the metal
terminal inside the charging gun.
• When there is lightning, do not charge or touch
the vehicle. A lightning strike may damage the
charging equipment and even cause personal
injury.
• Before charging, please make sure that there is
no water or other debris in the vehicle's
charging socket and charging gun, and confirm
that the charging gun, charging socket and
cable are not damaged or corroded. If this
happens, please do not charge to avoid short
circuit or electric shock. Accidents threaten life
and safety.
• When the vehicle plug is dirty or wet, wipe the
plug with a dry and clean cloth to make sure
that the charging plug is dry and clean.
• Before driving the vehicle, make sure that the
charging gun is disconnected from the charging
port.
• After charging, do not disconnect the charger
with wet hands or standing in water. This may
cause electric shock and personal injury.
There are three charging methods for the vehicle:
● Use the household car charging cable to
charge: The car is equipped with a household
car charging cable, which is connected to a
three-hole socket with no less than 16A / 220V
specification through the slow charging port
for charging.
The three-hole socket used for charging should
comply with national standards, and its
specifications should not be less than 16A / 220V
to prevent the three-hole socket from being
ablated, damage to the charging harness, and
tripping caused by high-power charging.
● Use AC charging pile to charge: This charging method is realized
by installing a high-power wall-mounted charging pile connected
to a slow-charging charging port. It can be charged at home or in a
personal parking space, and it can also be used in public places
such as public parking lots, large supermarkets, charging stations,
etc. Charging is carried out through an AC charging pile.
● Charging using DC charging piles: This charging method is what
we call fast charging. DC charging piles are usually installed in
public parking lots, large supermarkets, charging stations and other
public places. DC charging piles can be used in the above public
places to connect Quick charge charging port for charging.
Before locking the car, if the charging gun is inserted for charging,
press the remote control key to lock the car or carry the key away
from the locked car during the charging process, the instrument will
prompt "Electronic steering lock lock failed", this prompt is a normal
prompt. No need to worry, if you plug in the charging gun for
charging after locking the car, the meter will not have this prompt.
