Precautions for vehicle towing are as follows:
It is necessary to use the dragging method of

If the vehicle has been powered off and the EPB cannot

the emergency rescue number and wait for professional
technicians to come to the scene to solve the problem.

When the vehicle is pulled onto the flatbed
rescue vehicle, no person or object is allowed
to be behind the trailer, otherwise it may cause
personal injury or death.
When towing a vehicle, passengers are forbidden
to stay in the vehicle, otherwise an accident may
occur and cause casualties.
Attention
After loading the faulty vehicle onto the rescue
vehicle, turn on the electronic parking brake
switch of the faulty vehicle and fix the four
wheels to prevent the faulty vehicle from moving
during emergency braking of the rescue vehicle.

If you need to use the rigid towing method to
tow, please refer to the operation precautions:
If the platform truck cannot be used to
tow the vehicle normally, the rigid
connection method can be used to urgently
tow the vehicle to a safe area and wait for
rescue.
When rigid towing is used, long-distance towing
should be avoided, and the towing speed should not
exceed 5km/h.
The vehicle can only be towed away from
the scene under the premise of ensuring
that there is no safety risk. If the vehicle's
power battery is deformed, leaks, or
smokes, the safety risk should be resolved
first.
