Curtain airbags are installed along both sides of the roof to protect the
occupants sitting on the outer seats. The trim panel is marked with the
word "AIRBAG".
In a side collision, the curtain airbag deploys to protect your head
and other passengers from hitting the inner wall of the vehicle.
• Above or near the front airbag, the side of the front
seat, the top of the roof on the side of the vehicle, and
any other airbag cover that may interfere with the
inflation of the airbag, no objects shall be attached or
placed. If the vehicle is in a violent collision , Cause
the airbag to inflate, these items may cause serious
injury.

The curtain airbag will only deploy when the
vehicle is severely affected by a collision. The
curtain airbag will not deploy in all collision
situations.
