Recordingpaperspecications
Be sure to use paper rolls specied by SHARP.
The use of any other paper rolls than specied could cause paper jamming, resulting in register malfunction.
Paperspecication
Paper width: 57.5 ± 0.5 mm
Max. outside diameter: 80 mm
Quality: Thermal paper
Paper tube: 18 mm
•Besuretosetapaperrollpriortousingyourmachine,otherwiseitmaycauseamalfunction.
Install the paper roll in the printer. Be careful then to set the roll and cut the paper end correctly.


InstallingaPaperRoll
Always install the paper roll even when you set the register for not printing receipt in REG mode.
1.
Remove the printer cover.
2.
Lift up the print roller arm.
3.
Set the paper correctly in the paper roll cradle.
NOTE
Before placing a new paper roll in the paper
roll cradle, cut off the pasted (taped) part of the
paper and conrm that the cut end of the paper is
straight.
4.
Feed the end of the paper along with the paper positioning
guides as per the diagram.
