Select YES and press the SET key to
execute self-diagnosis of the magnetic
bearing sensor. If an abnormality is
discovered by self-diagnosis, alarm codes
81 to 85 occur. Refer to Table 7-5 for the
appropriate remedy. This function can be
used only when the pump is stopped.
