3. Shimmer3 Platform Overview
This section provides an overview of the main components of the Shimmer3 platform. The scope and
level of detail provided here is aimed at the general Shimmer user and should be sufficient for
understanding the core concepts of the Shimmer3 platform. For more specific and detailed
information, please refer to the later sections of this document along with the additional user
guides, which are referred to throughout the document.
