Assumptions
The following assumptions apply for this STEP 7 user program:
Diagnostics address is 1022 (3FEH).
Slave diagnostic data must be stored in DB82: from address 0.0,
length 32 bytes.
The slave diagnostic data has a length of 32 bytes.
