The CO sensor can only be monitored for failure. For a functional test, the CO
sensor must be tested with test gas.
When a fatal error (one which impairs the detector's function) occurs, a fault
message is signaled. To correct the cause of the fault, additional information is
available in the detector. This can be displayed by the FDUD292 detector
exchanger and tester or FDUD293 intelligent detector tester for example.
