5.2.1 Structure of the Slave Diagnosis
The diagnostics of the ET 200L distributed I/O device comply with
IEC 61784-1:2002 Ed1 CP 3/1. The slave diagnosis is explained below.
The slave diagnosis comprises 6 bytes for the ET 200L:
