10.6 Module diagnostic information
Current diagnostic data are kept ready for reading at any time by every ET 200PA SMART
module with diagnostic capability.
Data records with diagnostic information
The diagnostic data of a module is stored in data records 0 and 1.
● Data record 0 contains 4 bytes of diagnostic data describing the current status of the module.
● Data record 1 contains the 4 bytes of diagnostic data also stored in data record 0, plus
additional module-specific diagnostic data that describes the status of a channel or a
channel group.
Diagnostic interrupts
When the “Diagnostic interrupt” parameter is enabled, the content of diagnostic data record 1
is sent as interrupt information.
