1) If text mode:
<stat> “REC UNREAD” Received unread messages (default)
“REC READ” Received read messages
“STO UNSENT” Stored unsent messages
“STO SENT” Stored sent messages
“ALL” All messages
2) If PDU mode:
<stat> 0 Received unread messages (default)
1 Received read messages
2 Stored unsent messages
3 Stored sent messages
4 All messages
Response
TA returns messages with status value <stat> from message storage <mem1>
to the TE. If status of the message is ‘received unread’, status in the storage
changes to ‘received read’.
Note: If the selected <mem1> can contain different types of SMs (e.g. SMS-
DELIVERs, SMS- SUBMITs, SMS- STATUS-REPORTs and SMS-
COMMANDs), the response may be a mix of the responses of different SM
types. TE application can recognize the response format by examining the
third response parameter.
