TA sets the Advice of Charge supplementary service function mode.
If error is related to ME functionality:
+CME ERROR: <err>
If <mode>=0, TA returns the current call meter value

Parameter
<mode> 0 query CCM value
<ccm> string type; three bytes of the current CCM value in hexadecimal
format (e.g. “00001E” indicates decimal value 30); bytes are
similarly coded as ACMmax value in the SIM 000000-FFFFFF

Response
TA returns the current call meter value
If error is related to ME functionality:
+CME ERROR: <err>
If <mode>=0, TA returns the current call meter value
