TA returns the whole index range supported by the SIM.

Response
TA returns used entries from the SIM list of preferred operators with <index>
between <index1> and <index2>. If <index2> is not given, only entry with <index1>
is returned.

If error is related to ME functionality:
+CME ERROR: <err>
