lighting.
Day lights
This position activates daytime lights.
When the light control is in this
position, the instrument dashboard
lights will be in
light mode to provide a better viewing
experience.
Rear fog light
The rear fog light turns on when the
selector is in low beam position.
The rear fog light can blind other vehicles
coming from behind. Only use the rear fog
light when visibility is very poor.
INFORMATION
• If the road is not well-lit and other users
cannot see the vehicle or it is dicult to
see, accidents may occur.
• The automatic low beam control only
turns low beams on when light conditions
vary, but not when there is fog, for
example.
Parking or daytime lights do not illuminate
enough to properly see the road or for
other drivers in other vehicles to see you.
• Always turn your low beams on at night,
if it is raining, or when visibility is poor.
• You must never drive with day lights
when the road is not well-lit due to
weather or lighting conditions.
If the headlamp is adjusted too high and
used inappropriately, it can distract and
blind other road users. This could lead to
an accident with serious consequences.
The S04’s headlamps must be adjusted by
technical service.
