7.2 Technical specifications BSS-051015
7.2.1 General
The alarm system consists of a flow tube -specific alarm sensor and a monitoring unit at the end of the meter
group. The alarm sensor is essentially an inductive proximity switch that detects the position of the metal float
in the flow tube. The control unit contains the connections and power supply for ten alarm sensors. The con-
trol unit provides alarm information for each flow tube separately. The alarm information is a voltage-free relay
contact.
Figure 20. shows the components of the BSS-051015 separate alarm. The dimensions are shown in Figure 2.
