The nozzle is hot, so be careful during operation to prevent burns. It is
recommended to wear insulated gloves for operation.
Maintenance
Scenario of cleaning glass platform and removing filament residues
If you use highly sticky 3D printing filaments, or the nozzle is too close to the glass platform
when printing, some filaments may still adhere to the surface of the glass platform after removing
the print. If it is not cleaned up in time, it may affect the effect of the next printing. As the
residue continues to pile up, the glass platform will also become more difficult to clean.
Maintenance frequency
At least once a month, or when you notice filament residue on the surface of the glass platform.
Maintenance method
1. Prepare the cleaning tool: Palette knife (provided, see tool box).
2.
Use a spatula to gently scrape off the filament residue on the glass platform. The angle
between the Palette knife and the glass platform should be less than 30°to avoid damaging
the PEI coating on the surface of the glass platform.
3. Scrape until there is no filament residue on the board surface, and then the cleaning is
completed.
