2-7-2. Replacement of CN-1190 Board

Every electrical part mounted on the CN-1190 board
cannot be repalced. If there is any defective part, replace
the board itself.
1. Remove the right and left side panels referring to
Section 2-1.
2. Pull out the three plug-in boards, MD-103, AU-211
and TR-90.
3. Disconnect CN2 from the DM-98 board. Remove the
three screws and remove the spacers and the DM-98
board. If the option board DM-99 is installed, carry out
Step 4.
4. Disconnect CN2 from the DM-99 board. Remove the
three screws and remove the spacers and the DM-99
board.
5. Remove the four screws and remove the rail bracket.
6. Remove the two screws securing the CN-1190 board.
Disconnect the two flexible card wires referring to
Section 2-6.
2-7. Replacement of Board

7. Install a new board in the reverse procedures of the
removal.
