To remove the Microdrive/CF card
Open the CF card cover, then push the CF
card eject lever so that the Microdrive/CF
card is ejected.
• Note that the Microdrive may be heated right
after using the camera.
• Whenever the access lamp is lit, the
camera is recording or reading out an
image. Never remove the Microdrive/CF
card or turn off the power at this time.
The data may be corrupted or the
Microdrive/CF card may become
unusable.

, Set the mode dial to and
turn on the power, then press
MENU.
The menu appears.
• You can carry out this operation even when the
mode dial is set to P, S, A, M, SCN.

moving the multi-selector to b/
B, then select the desired
image size by moving the
multi-selector to v/V.
The image size is set.
After the setting is completed, press
MENU. The menu disappears from the
screen.
• For more information about the image size, see
page 25.
• This setting is maintained even when the power
is turned off.
