Note
1. The minimum phase difference is represented by the lowest
value among the interpolator outputs, but it may increase due to
the effects of the scale travel speed, output cable length, line
capacitance, etc.
2. The minimum phase difference varies due to the effects of the
output cable length, line capacitance, receiver load, etc.
3. The maximum response speed has the correlation with the
phase difference which is shown in the graph below.
