Using Time Lapse
This section describes how to use the time lapse function on Specim IQ.
When defining the time lapse period, pay attention to the fact that a time lapse period shorter than 10 minutes may be
too short for long integration times. If the set interval is passed, before the current data cube has been recorded, the
recording of the next data cube will start immediately after the previous one.
Important:
If you use a long time lapse period, it may be necessary to feed power to the camera. For this, you will need a
3 A charger and a cable capable of transferring 3 A, which are not included in the sales box.
Proceed as follows:
1.
Press the Custom 3 button.
2.
Select the white reference method for the time lapse scans.

• Custom — Select a custom white reference.
