In the event of being unable to correct a fault or malfunction, or not being able
to clear a fault message, call a SPRADA customer service centre.
Malfunctions ascertained by the system appear on the display as fault
messages with a fault message/number.
Attention: Please ensure that you make a note of the fault
message. Switch o the machine and disconnect it from the
mains supply. Note the model, serial number (see Identication
Plate, Fig 1/Q) and fault message. Our customer service centre
will then advise you on how to proceed.
