  If the background illumination does not work on your Stanbio Medical Equipment, the power adapter may not be connected. Connect the power adapter. Alternatively, the backlight illumination may not be turned on under the battery backlight mode, so turn the backlight mode on.

It could also be due to an incorrect, or incorrectly connected, printer cable. Use an original printer cable from Stanbio or check that the plug contacts are correctly seated.
