This setting is only enabled when in STAR Page Mode, and the printer is installed with Japanese language characters.
When SHIFT-JIS mode is selected, If the printer processes as 1 byte code when the reception data is 0x20-0x7F,
0xA0-0xDF. When reception data is 0x81-0x9F, 0xE0-0xEF, the printer processes it as 2-byte code along with the
next data. If SHIFT-JIS/JIS mixed mode is selected, the printer processes data as 2-byte code. When JIS Mode is
selected, and the reception data is 0 x 21-0x7E, it processes reception data as 2-byte code along with the next data.
