7.1 Tools, Servicing Aids
– Socket, T27x125 – 0812 542 2104 or equivalent
– Torque wrench – 5910 890 0302 or equivalent
– Screwdriver, T27x200 – 5910 890 2415 or equivalent
7.2 Removing the Air Filter
N Preparations, @ 3.1.
N Take out the screws (1).
N Remove the filter cover (2) together with the air
filter (3).
N Remove the air filter (3) from the filter cover.
7.3 Installing the Air Filter
N Fit the new air filter (3) in the filter cover (2).
N Remove the filter cover (2) together with the air
filter (3).
N Insert and tighten down the screws (1).
7.4 Removing the Shroud
N Preparations, @ 3.1.
N Remove the rewind starter, @ 6.2.
N Remove the filter cover (2), @ 7.2.
N Unscrew the screw (8) and remove it with the
cover (7).
N Take out the screws (4).
N Remove the shroud (6).
N Where applicable: Remove the spacer (5).
7.5 Installing the Shroud
N Where applicable: Fit the spacer (5).
N Fit the shroud (6) in position.
N Insert and tighten down the screws (4).
N Fit the cover (7) together with screw (8).
N Insert and tighten down the screw (8).
N Fit the filter cover (2), @ 7.3.
N Install the rewind starter, @ 6.14.
