19. Does condition still exist? Look for fault in fuel system, test
engine for leaks, @ 19.3.

1. Is MDG 1 analyzer available? Create diagnostic report.
Test blower with MDG 1 analyzer.

2. Remove air filter and install new air
filter.
Does condition still exist?
Reinstall the old air filter.

Clean old air filter properly or fit new
filter.
Repair completed.
3. Piston seizure? Replace cylinder and piston, @ 20.5.

4. Is throttle shutter fully closed? Go to 5. Adjust throttle shutter correctly, @
9.4.

5. Test tank vent, @ 10.4.
Is tank vent OK?
Go to 6. Fit new tank vent, @ 10.7.

6. Is fuel system leaking? Replace fuel hoses, @ 8.2.
