If it drops, the reason may be:
The inlet needle (15) is not sealing (foreign matter in
valve seat, sealing cone of inlet needle (15) is
damaged or inlet control lever (14) is sticking).
The pump diaphragm (6) or the gasket (5) is
damaged.
The metering diaphragm (17) or the gasket (16) is
damaged.
9.3 Disassembling the Carburetor
N Remove the carburetor, @ 8.2.
9.3.1 Removing the Pump Diaphragm and Strainer
N Take out the screws (1).
N Remove the end cover (2).
N Remove the spring (3).
N Remove the washer (4).
N Remove the gasket (5) together with the pump
diaphragm (6).
N Separate the pump diaphragm (6) and gasket (5).
If the pump diaphragm (6) is deformed / warped:
N Fit new pump diaphragm (6).
N Use a needle to remove the strainer (7) from the
carburetor (9).
9.3.2 Removing the Metering Diaphragm
N Take out the screws (19).
N Remove the end cover (18).
N Remove the gasket (16) together with the metering
diaphragm (17).
N Separate the metering diaphragm (17) and
gasket (16).
If the metering diaphragm (17) is deformed or hard:
N Fit new metering diaphragm (17).
9.3.3 Removing the Inlet Needle
N Remove the metering diaphragm, @ 9.3.2.
N Take out the screw (11).
The spring (12) may pop out.
N Pull the inlet control lever (14) with spindle (15) out of
the annular groove in the inlet needle (13).
N Remove the spring (12).
N Remove the inlet needle (13).
If there is an annular indentation (arrow) on the sealing
cone of the inlet needle (13):
N Fit a new inlet needle (13).
9.3.4 Removing the Adjusting Screws
N Unscrew the idle speed screw (36).
N Use screwdriver 5910 890 2307 to remove the low
speed screw (33).
N Use screwdriver 5910 890 2307 to remove the high
speed screw (32).
9.3.5 Removing the Throttle Lever
N Unscrew the idle speed screw (36), @ 9.3.4.
N Take out the screw (26).
N Pull off the throttle lever (27).
N Remove the spacer sleeve (29).
N Remove the ring (30) together with the sealing
ring (31).
N Pry the sealing ring (31) out of the ring (30).
N Remove the E-clip (28).
N Remove the pin (24).
N Remove the washer (25).
9.3.6 Removing the Throttle Shaft
N Remove the throttle lever (27), @ 9.3.5.
N Take out the screw (8).
N Remove the throttle shutter (9).
N Pull out the throttle shaft (38).
N Remove the ring (41) together with the sealing
ring (42).
N Pry the sealing ring (42) out of the ring (41).
N Pull off the bushing (40).
N Remove the spring (39).
9.3.7 Removing the Accelerator Pump
N Remove the throttle shaft (38), @ 9.3.6.
N Use scriber to pry out the end cover (43).
N Pull out the pump piston (44).
N Remove the sealing ring (45) from the pump
piston (44).
N Pull out the spring (39).
9.3.8 Removing the Choke Shaft
N Take out the screw (21).
N Remove the choke shutter (20).
N Pull off the choke knob (37).
N Take out the screw (35).
N Pull out the clip (34).
