8.5 Installing the Fuel Pump
N Push the fuel pump (5) into the filter housing (9) so
that it snaps into place.
N Push the fuel hose (12) onto long connector on fuel
pump (5).
N Install the filter housing and carburetor, @ 8.3.
8.6 Removing the Baffle
N Preparations, @ 3.1.
N Remove filter housing and carburetor, @ 8.2.
N Take out the screw (1).
N Remove the baffle (10).
8.7 Installing the Baffle
N Position the baffle (10) against the filter housing.
N Insert the screw (1) but do not tighten it down yet.
The following tightening sequence of screws (1) and (2)
must be observed to make sure the baffle (10) is properly
sealed after installation and the carburetor (7) is correctly
fitted, @ 8.3.
N Install the filter housing and carburetor, @ 8.3.
