Acoustic warning signal
At the same time, the rubber buffers must
rotate with the knurled-head screws.
Tension can now be increased by screwing
one of the two knurled-head screws in
further. Tighten the knurled-head screws
hand tight. The battery lock is well clamped
if the rubber buffer is clearly deformed.
If sufficient clamping is not
achieved via
these steps, it is probable t
hat a battery
with incorrect dimensions i
s being used.
The industrial truck must no
t be used if
the battery is not securely l
ocked. The
consequences would be a risk
of accident
and damage.
When the clamping has been carried out,
part of the thread must still be visible at (5)
and (6).
Acoustic warning signal
Optionally, these trucks can be equipped with
an acoustic warning signal transmitter as an
additional safety system.
The signal is generated depending on the
drive direction or the speed.
The signal can be limited
to specific areas.

hion. By doing so, the
operator can adopt an ergon
omic position.
Adjustment

Using both hands, pull out t
he leaning
cushion on the metal bracket a
gainst the
spring force.
Latch the leaning cushion back into the
