Picking up a load
Support screws
The support screws for this type of industrial
truck can be set to a ground clearance of
between 15 mm and 39 mm. The setting
dimensions for this special industrial truck
can be found in the load capacity diagram.
If uneven ground in the travel range of the
industrial truck causes problems due to the
ground clearance being too low, the stability
must be recalculated by the manufacturer. It
will then be possible to increase the setting di-
mensions for the support screws if necessary.
The industrial truck will th
en be equipped with
a new load capacity diagra
m on which the new
setting dimensions will b
e indicated.
The support screws may only be adjusted by
authorised service personnel.
WARNING
Risk of accident
The setting dimensions for the support screws must
be checked every six months by authorised service
personnel and must be adjusted if necessary.

Load pick-up without automatic
guidance
High-level order pickers are mainly intended
for collecting or distributing goods in a con-
tainer or on a pallet. It is not possible to place
loads into stock or remove loads from stock in
very narrow aisles. When transporting loads,
fully lower the auxiliary lift*.
DANGER
Danger of tilting forward
As a result of the order picking process, transpor-
ted loads are collected and so increasing weight
accumulated on the load carrier. As this is a manu-
ally performed process, it cannot be monitored by
the truck control system, which is consequently not
able to issue a warning in case of overloading. The
operator is required to ensure that the load bearing
capacity of the order picker is not exceeded.
