Emergency operation
If part of or the entire industrial truck control
system fails, the industrial truck can be
moved out of the working area in emergency
operation.
Opening the control compartment cover
– Rotate the two screw plugs on the cover
anti-clockwise and remove them.
– Hold the cover at the venti
lation openings,
lift it off and then place t
o one side. The
lowering valve is locate
d in the control
compartment. It is acces
sibleoncethe
cowling has been opened.
Emergency release of the brake

If the brake ha
s been mechanically disabled as de-

w, a suitable tow bar must be used for
towing or a sec
ond vehicle must be coupled to the
industrial
truck so that it can take over the braking.
If the brake w
as released mechanically, the brake
must be che
cked for correct assembly and function
when the ind
ustrial truck is recommissioned. The
brake linin
gmustalsobecheckedforaclearance
of approx.
0.4 mm.
1. Option:
Disassemble the brake blocks.
– unscrewing the 3 fastening screws(1).
– Place the brake on one side.
2. Option
: Tighten the brake anchor plate.

nding nuts M4 and shims M4 (2)
into the pr
ovided boreholes and tightening.
