– Push the coupling pin(2) down, rotate by
90° and pull out.
– Adjust the tiller height.
DANGER
People can become trapped between the truck and
trailer.
When coupling, ensure that there are no persons
present between the truck and the trailer.
– Slowly move the truck backwards.
– By moving the truck back, introduce the till-
er into the recess(3) in the counterweight.
DANGER
If the coupling pin or securing bush are lost or de-
stroyed during towing, the trailer will work loose
and become uncontrollable. This poses a risk of
accident!
– Only use original coupling bolts that have been
checked.
– Ensure that the coupling pin is correctly inserted
and secured.
– Insert the coupling pin into the counter-
weight, press downwards against the spring
pressure and rotate by 90° (the coupling pin
is locked in this position).
– Remove any items used to prevent the trail-
er from rolling away.
Uncoupling the trailer
– Take measures to prevent the trailer from
rolling away, e.g. using wheel chocks.
– Push the coupling pin(2) down, rotate by
90° and pull out.
– Slowly move the truck forwards and guide
the tow-bar eye completely out of the coun-
terweight.
– Insert the coupling pin into the counter-
weight, press downwards against the spring
pressure and rotate by 90° (the coupling pin
is locked in this position).
