LIFT MOTOR ISOLATION PLATE REPLACEMENT
Required Tools:
#2 Phillips Screwdriver 1/4” Nut Driver 3/8” Open End Wrench
3/8” Socket Wrench 3/16” Punch Hammer
Needle–Nose Pliers 5/16” Nut Driver 7/16” Open End Wrench
3/16” Hex Allen Socket (w/6” ext.) 5/16” Socket Wrench

Procedure:
1. Unplug the bed power cord from the wall socket.
2. Using a #2 Phillips screwdriver, remove the three screws holding the upper lift cover to the base.
3. Using a 5/16” socket wrench, remove the six bolts securing the lower lift cover to the base and remove
the cover.
4. Using a 5/16” nut driver, remove the two screws holding the front and back metal access panels to the
lift housing assembly and remove the panels.
5. Using a 3/16” hex Allen socket with a 6” extension, remove the four bolts holding the lift motor to the base
and carefully lower the motor to the floor.
