• when one/more channel's Quality is not good

• MUSYNCH:
• OK[0] indicates
• when SyncLostMode = Block/BlockOnLostUTC, the time quality
of the hardware is within the set value [SyncAccLevel=1us, 4us or
Unspecified] [AND] merging unit is time synchronized
[smpSynch flag in datastream is not equal to 0]
