1. Check whether it is humid or rainy
where the battery pack is located. If
so, no need to clear the fault.
2. Check whether the battery pack
and AC/DC cables are firmly in
place.
3. Check the app protection
parameter settings.
4. If the fault is not caused by the
foregoing reasons and still exists,
please contact SUNGROW.
Overload
Protection
1. Three-phase AC
output is 1.25 times
larger than the
rated current.
2. Or the load is 1.3
times larger than
the rated value for
200ms.
3. Or the load is
1.13 times larger
than the rated value
for 10m.
4. Or the load is
1.15 times larger
than the rated value
for 1m.
The trigger
condition of
this fault
disappears
continuously
for 10min
without other
faults.
Generally, the machine will
reconnect to the grid when the
internal temperature returns to
normal. If the fault repeatedly
occurs:
Check whether the power output
exceeds 1.15 Pn.
