Fan 1 Fault
1. The
communication is
normal, and the fan
is abnormal in
operation mode.
The actual duty
cycle is insufficient,
and the control duty
cycle reaches 80%
for 1min.
2. The
communication and
the power supply is
normal, and the fan
is abnormal in off
mode for 10s.
3. The
communication is
abnormal, and the
Tigbt is greater than
93 for 6s in
operation mode.
4. The
communication is
abnormal, and the
control power
supply is normal in
off mode for 20s.
The trigger
condition of
this fault
disappears
continuously
for 10s
without other
faults.
1. Inspecting the fan of the PCS. To
check the fan, shut down the PCS,
disconnect the power supply, and
remove any foreign particles.
Replace the fan if it is damaged.
2. If the fault is not caused by the
foregoing reasons and still exists,
please contact SUNGROW.
DC Over-
current
The master-slave
single DC current is
higher than 1.5In
for 100ms; The DC
current is higher
than the web set
protection threshold.
The fault will
be cleared
10s after the
shutdown
command is
issued.
Generally, the fault will be cleared
automatically and no further
operation is required. If the fault
repeatedly occurs, please contact
SUNGROW.
