Hardware
Fault
In off mode, the
absolute value of
the PCS DC current
is higher than 350A
for 5s, or in
operation mode,
the DC voltage is
lower than 100V for
500ms.
The trigger
condition of
this fault
disappears
continuously
for 2min
without other
faults.
Generally, the fault will be cleared
automatically and no further
operation is required. If the fault
repeatedly occurs, please contact
SUNGROW.
Insulation
Resistance
The insulation
resistance value of
two detections is
lower than 1000 Ω,
or the insulation
resistance value of
four detections is
lower than the set
threshold. The
detection period is
a set value.
This fault will
be cleared if
the
insulation
resistance
value is
higher than
the set
threshold.
Generally, this fault is cleared
automatically and no further
operation is required. If the fault
persists, thus the machine can not
be connected to the grid normally:
1. Check whether the preset ISO
resistance protection value of the
PCS is too high and confirm that it
meets the requirements.
2. Check whether the resistance is
too low on cloudy and rainy days.
Measure the insulation resistance
value of the positive and negative
poles of the battery to ground to
make sure it is not too low.
3. If the fault is not caused by the
foregoing reasons and still exists,
please contact SUNGROW.
Battery
Polarity
Reversed
The sampled
voltage on the
battery side is
found to be less
than -100 V for 500
ms when the PCS
stops.
Battery
polarity
returns to
normal after
the PCS
being re-
powered.
Check and ensure the DC side
wiring is correct.
