The slave unit
reports this fault if
the CAN
communication
between parallel
units is abnormal or
there are two
master units.
Communica-

parallel units
returns to
normal
1. Try to power down and reboot the
machine;
2. Check the parallel machine
communication line for any loose
connections;
3. If the fault is not caused by the
foregoing reasons and still exists,
please contact SUNGROW.
AC Switch
Fault
The feedback node
contact of the AC
switch fails to close
during the startup
process, or the
switch node fails to
open during the
shutdown process.
This fault will
be cleared 5
minutes later.
If this fault
occurs over
five times, it
cannot be
cleared
automaticall-
y.
Reboot the machine. If the fault
persists, please contact SUNGROW.
Soft Start
Fault
1. Before the AC
main contactor is
closed, a fault
occurs during the
open-loop inversion
process
synchronized with
the grid.
2. The main load
switch cannot be
closed within 2 min
during the soft start
on DC side.
The trigger
condition of
this fault
disappears
continuously
for 10 min
without other
faults.
Reboot the machine. If the fault
persists, please contact SUNGROW.
