1. Check the light condition, and update the opti-
mizer again if the light is normal.
2. If the fault persists, please contact Sungrow
Customer Service.
If there is a string current backfeed fault, first check whether the optimizer is
offline.
Contact the dealer if the measures listed in the “Troubleshooting Method” col-
umn have been taken but the problem persists. Contact SUNGROW if the
dealer fails to solve the problem.
