6.1 INSTRUCTIONS FOR ORDERING PARTS
Orders for machine parts must be requested from the company below:

The requests must be complete with the following data:
- Machine model and serial number. This information is punched on the identifi cation plate with which
every machine is supplied (see Fig. 3 in section «1.3 Machine identifi cation»).
- Code of the part requested. The code is indicated in the relevant page(s) of the Parts Book.
- Part description and quantity requested.
- Shipping terms. If the applicant does not provide this detail, despite SCAIP’s commitment in the pro-
vision of this service, SCAIP srl will not be held responsible for possible shipping delays due to “force
majeure”. Shipping costs are intended at the Purchaser’s expense.
The goods are always shipped at the Purchaser’s risk, although it is sold free domicile (Incoterm
DDP).
The Manufacturer is always ready to help the purchaser should they have any requests for service
and/or parts.
