DISASSEMBLY
Countershaft assembly
• Remove the left end bearing 1 and oil seal 2.
• Remove the 6th (top) drive gear circlip 3 from its groove and
slide it towards the 3rd/4th drive gears 4.
" 09900-06107: Snap ring pliers
• Slide the 6th (top) and 2nd drive gears toward the 3rd/4th drive
gears, then remove the 2nd drive gear circlip 5.
• Remove the 2nd, 6th (top), washer, circlip and 3rd/4th drive
gears.
• Remove the circlip, 5th drive gear bushing 6 and the 5th drive
gear 7.
