• Remove the circlip, washer and 2nd driven gear 1.
" 09900-06107: Snap ring pliers
• Remove the 2nd driven gear bushing 2.
• Remove the oil seal 3.
REASSEMBLY
Assemble the countershaft and driveshaft assemblies in the re-
verse order of disassembly. Pay attention to the following points:
NOTE:
* Before installing the gears, rotate the bearing by hand to in-
spect for abnormal noises and smooth rotation. Replace the
bearing if there is anything unusual.
* Before installing the gears, lightly coat the driveshaft, counter-
shaft and bushings with molybdenum oil solution.
* Before installing the oil seal, apply SUZUKI SUPER GREASE
“A” to the oil seal lip.
