3-24 ENGINE
• Unhook the gearshift cam stopper spring 1 from the lower
crankcase.
• Remove the circlip 2 from the gearshift cam, then draw out the
gearshift cam 3 from the opposite side.
( 09900-06107: Snap ring pliers
• Remove the circlip 4 and gearshift cam stopper 5.
( 09900-06107: Snap ring pliers
NOTE:
Rotate the bearing

in the crankcase by hand to inspect for
abnormal noise and smooth rotation.
Replace the bearing if there is anything unusual.

• Remove the gearshift cam stopper bolt 7.
