OSCA LOSS OF SIGNAL = no signal energy detected on OSC input
GTR POWER FAULT = power supply has been faulted by a short,

Example:
TELECOMSOLUTIONS 96-02-08 15:04:14
M 145 COMPLD
"MRC-1-4:MJ,LOS,NSA"
"MRC-1-4:MJ,MTIE1,NSA"
;
This example, in response to command 145, shows that MRC A, span 4, has two major alarms: loss
of signal, and MTIE 1-second alarms. This also shows that an E1 input is used; if an analog input
was used, the command would have been denied.
