As rotation stops make a smooth recovery from the dive. If flaps
were extended, retract and establish horizontal flight with engine
powerasrequired.

Icing has a very strong negative effect on the aerodynamic
characteristicsoftheaircraft. Stalling speed increases.

With an ice accumulation of 5mm ore more on the wing leading
edges, perform landing with flaps retracted or in 20° position.
