2.2 When L2=1, P1 parameter is set as a half of the calculated value.
3. L3 parameter is applicable to the dual mode controller. The default of the factory
is 1.
3.1 When L3=0, the controller will activate Non-Hall model only when the Hall
sensor in the motor fails
3.2 When L3=1, the controller will choose the proper model to use according to
the controller system optimization.
