5.2.6- FRENATURA
Il circuito BC (v. FIG. 9) serve a convertire l’energia di
frenatura in calore mediante una resistenza esterna
(OPZIONALE) collegabile ai morsetti “F” e “+” (FIG.
9).
Il morsetto + per il collegamento della resistenza di
frenatura corrisponde:
- 03A÷22A al positivo del banco di condensatori
- 32A all’uscita del ponte a diodi
- 40A÷460A al positivo del banco di condensatori
5.2.7- CONNETTORI X3-X6
Negli azionamenti OPDE 03A÷60A è presente solo il
connettore X3 che è adibito all’alimentazione della
scheda regolazione (+24Vdc).
Nella versione standard gli OPDE 03A÷60A necessita-
no sempre dell’alimentazione +24Vdc esterna. Su
particolari richieste, la TDE, ne fornisce una versione
autoalimentata, che si riconosce dalla lettera C (vedi
par. codicere). In tale versione il +24Vdc viene gene-
rato dall’azionamento (Imax=150mA), che può essere
usato per la funzione STO se presente, e non vi è
possibilità di alimentare la sola scheda di regolazione
regolazione.
Nei modelli OPDE 70A÷460A, l’azionamento è sempre
autoalimentato e mediante X6 viene fornita verso l’e-
sterno una tensione di +24Vdc (Imax=500mA). C’è
comunque la possibilità di alimentare solo la scheda di
regolazione (per programmazione o taratura), fornen-
do una tensione di +24Vdc, sul connettore X3 senza
fornire la tensione di potenza principale (Vbus).
5.2.6- BRAKING
The BC (braking circuit) (s. FIG. 9) is used to
convert the braking energy into heat by means of an
external resistor (OPTIONAL) connectable to terminals
“F” and “+” (FIG. 9).
The terminal + for connecting the braking resistor cor-
responds:
- 03÷22A to the positive of the capacitor bank
- 32A output of the diode bridge
- 40A÷460A to the positive of the capacitor bank
5.2.7- X3-X6 CONNECTORS
In OPDE drives 03A÷60A there’s only the X3 connect-
or that is used to supply the regolation board (+24Vdc).
In the standard version, OPDE 03A÷60A always needs
the +24Vdc external alimentation. For particular de-
mands, TDE porovides an auto-feed version which is
recognisable by the C letter (see OPDE codes par.). In
this version the +24Vdc is generated by the drive
(Imax=150mA) and it can be used for the STO function
if it is avaible, and there is not the possibility to power
only the regulation card.
The models OPDE 70A÷460A are always autofeed
and an external +24Vdc (Imax=500mA) supply is pro-
vided by X6.
There is however the possibility of supplying only regu-
lation board (for programming or setting) providing a
+24Vdc voltage, on X3 connector, without main power
supply voltage (Vbus).
