CHAPTER 6: STATUS, FAULT AND SRQ REGISTERS
6.1 General
This section describes various status errors (faults) and SRQ register structures. The registers can
be read or set via communication commands. Two individual sets of registers are managed, one
set for the SCPI language, another set for the GEN language.
