Blackout - This field can be used to determine whether AT&T / DIRECTV has issued a
blackout of the content on a channel. This is a good thing to investigate if the video
suddenly stops playing on any channel, but it is particularly likely to happen with
nationally televised sporting events. A value of ‘0’ means that the channel should be
functioning properly; ‘1’ means that the programming on the selected channel is not
currently available to you. TVs will display a blackout message on screen in the event of
a blackout.
SW_Version - This field reports the software version that currently resides on the COM51
card.
