➢ Next open the file in Microsoft Paint.
➢ Use the Resize and Skew feature to set the image to 720X480 as shown in below in Figure 61.
o Select Resize by Pixels
o Set Horizontal to 720
o Set Vertical to 480
o Uncheck Maintain Aspect Ration
o Click “OK”
